What a tumultuous, challenging year this has been! Not only financially but emotionally too. There have been many, many changes and issues that have affected us all …  and will continue to for a bit longer.  Stay strong!  Stay safe!  Stay healthy!

While this profession is considered an “essential business” during tax season and we will hopefully remain open, we are striving to maintain a safe, healthy workplace and environment for our clients.

We have implemented many safety protocols: masks, air purifiers, COVID screens, sanitizer and still, the occupancy (clients) in the office will be limited due to State guidelines and safety measures.  We will NOT be able to conduct in person, individual meetings of more than 15 minutes.  So, for this year, and hopefully this year only, we need to switch things up a little.

We will still be using the “pre-book” appointment routine that you are all familiar with.  Your appointment will be scheduled for 15 min to give you time to sign the yearly engagement form, update your information and drop off your documents.  MASKS ARE REQUIRED.  We have a limited supply of masks on hand should you forget yours at home.  If you prefer to schedule a video call interview to go over your documents and/or ask questions, we can schedule you for one at that time.

In lieu of dropping off your information, we can also sign you up for “Smartvault” or “Intuit link”, enabling you to upload documents and ask questions via messaging within the program.  Both options are encrypted and safe to use.  If you are not already signed up for these and wish to activate, please send an email, FROM THE EMAIL ACCOUNT we have on file for you, requesting the activation links.
